PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to adjust a bias voltage of a frequency divider circuit even without using an external measuring instrument.SOLUTION: A first frequency divider circuit 112 is configured to divide a clock signal oscillated from an oscillation circuit 111, and a second frequency divider circuit 114 is configured to divide an input clock signal. A switch 113 is configured to be capable of switching a first route for inputting the clock signal divided by the first frequency divider circuit 112 to the second frequency divider circuit 114 and a second route for inputting the clock signal oscillated from the oscillation circuit 111 and not divided by the first frequency divider circuit 112 to the second frequency divider circuit 114. A time report unit 120 is configured to report a time based on a signal to be obtained by the second frequency divider circuit 114 in a state with the switch 113 set to the first route. A bias adjustment circuit 116 is configured to adjust a bias voltage of the first frequency divider circuit 112 on the basis of each signal to be obtained by the first frequency divider circuit 112 and the second frequency divider circuit 114 in a state with the switch 113 set to the second route.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】外部の計測器を用いなくても分周回路のバイアス電圧を調整可能にすること。【解決手段】第１分周回路１１２は、発振回路１１１により発振されたクロック信号を分周する。第２分周回路１１４は、入力されたクロック信号を分周する。スイッチ１１３は、第１分周回路１１２により分周されたクロック信号を第２分周回路１１４へ入力する第１経路と、発振回路１１１により発振され第１分周回路１１２により分周されていないクロック信号を第２分周回路１１４へ入力する第２経路と、を切り替え可能である。時間通知部１２０は、スイッチ１１３が第１経路に設定された状態において第２分周回路１１４により得られる信号に基づく時間の通知を行う。バイアス調整回路１１６は、スイッチ１１３が第２経路に設定された状態において第１分周回路１１２および第２分周回路１１４により得られる各信号に基づいて第１分周回路１１２のバイアス電圧を調整する。【選択図】図１
