Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser scanner enlarging a measurement range of one surveying instrument, reducing equipment cost and improving measurement work convenience.SOLUTION: The laser scanner comprises: a light source part emitting pulse laser; a reflection wave reception part; a distance measurement part; an angle measurement part for emission direction detection; a telescope part including the light source part, the light receiving part and the distance measurement part, and rotatable in a horizontal direction and a vertical direction; rotational drive part; and a control arithmetic part emitting pulse laser in a desired range in a rotational manner, and creating three-dimensional point group data based on a measurement result and a directional angle detection result. The light source part is a MOPA-type laser source, and includes an oscillator control circuit 31, a main oscillator 32, and an optical amplifier. The oscillator control circuit includes a repeated frequency setting part 38, a pulse peak output setting part 39, a pulse width setting part 40, and an amplification factor calculation part 42, and performs oscillation corresponding to a measured distance, a repeated frequency, a pulse peak output and a pulse width. The amplification factor calculation part calculates amplification factor based on the repeated frequency, the pulse peak output, and the pulse width, and amplifies the optical amplifier.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 【課題】一台の測量機での測定範囲を拡大し、設備コスト、測定作業の利便性を向上させた、レーザスキャナを提供する。【解決手段】パルスレーザを射出する光源部と、反射波受光部と、測距部と、射出方向検出での測角部と、光源部、受光部、測距部を含み水平方向、鉛直方向に回転可能な望遠鏡部と、回転駆動部と、パルスレーザを所要の範囲で回転照射し、測距結果と、方向角検出結果に基づき3次元点群データを作成する制御演算部とを具備し、光源部はMOPA型レーザ光源であり、発振器制御回路31と、主発振器32と、光増幅器とを有し、発振器制御回路は、繰返し周波数設定部38と、パルスピーク出力設定部39と、パルス幅設定部40と、増幅率計算部42とを有し、測距距離に対応した、繰返し周波数、パルスピーク出力、パルス幅で発振させ、増幅率計算部は、繰返し周波数、パルスピーク出力、パルス幅に基づき増幅率を演算し、光増幅器を増幅させる。【選択図】図4
