Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for testing the oil resistance capable of efficiently determining the life of an electronic apparatus for cutting oil.SOLUTION: Provided is a method for testing the oil resistance of an electronic apparatus. At least a part of the outer surface of an electronic apparatus 100 has at least one kind of resin materials. The method for testing the oil resistance comprises the steps of: setting a test temperature; immersing the electronic apparatus 100 into A1 type cutting oil 15 according to JIS standard K2241 under the atmosphere of the set test temperature; determining whether or not the electronic apparatus 100 is deteriorated by the cutting oil 15 on the basis of the electric characteristics of the electronic apparatus 100; and estimating the oilproof life of the electronic apparatus 100 on the basis of the total dipping time of the electronic apparatus 100 in the cutting oil 15 until the deterioration of the electronic apparatus 100 is detected.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】切削油に対する電子機器の寿命を効率的に決定するための耐油性試験方法を提供する。【解決手段】電子機器の耐油性試験方法が提供される。電子機器100の外表面の少なくとも一部には、少なくとも1種類の樹脂材料が設けられている。耐油性試験方法は、試験温度を設定するステップと、設定された試験温度の雰囲気下で、JIS規格K2241のA1種の切削油15に電子機器100を浸漬するステップと、電子機器100の電気的な特性に基づいて、切削油15によって電子機器100が劣化したか否かを判定するステップと、電子機器100の劣化を検出するまでの切削油15中への電子機器100の合計の浸漬時間に基づいて、電子機器100の耐油性の寿命を推定するステップとを備える。【選択図】図1
