Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately evaluate a local airtightness in a measuring object.SOLUTION: A second chamber C12 is disposed so as to cover a first chamber C11, and the air in each of the chambers C11 and C12 is sucked by air intake means 2A and 2B so that air pressures P1 and P2 in the chambers C11 and C12 are substantially equal to each other. Thus, the air trying to enter an area for evaluating the airtightness from the outside of the area (through a clearance inside a measuring object D1) is sucked to the second chamber C12 side through a clearance portion H1, and is not sucked to the first chamber C11 side. As a result, a local airtightness can be accurately evaluated.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】被測定体における局所的な気密性を正確に評価できるようにする。【解決手段】第1チャンバーC11を覆うように第2チャンバーC12を配置し、各チャンバーC11,C12内の気圧P1,P2が略等しくなるように各チャンバーC11,C12内の空気を吸気手段2A,2Bによって吸引する。これにより、気密性の評価をするエリア以外から(被測定体D1の内部の隙間を通って)該エリアに流入しようとする空気は隙間部H1を通って前記第2チャンバーC12の側に吸引されて前記第1チャンバーC11の側には吸引されないこととなる。その結果、局所的な気密性を正確に評価することができる。【選択図】図1
