Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic field detector which can suppress variations in detection output due to temperature characteristics of a magnetic resistance effect element of each resistance changing part, and a method for adjusting the detector.SOLUTION: A first resistance changing part R1, a second resistance changing part R2, a third resistance changing part R3, and a fourth resistance changing part R4 form a full-bridge circuit. In the resistance changing parts R1, R2, R3, R4, a magnetic resistance effect element 10 and electric conduction paths 21, 22, 23, 24 are serially connected and face each other. When a voltage Vdd is given, currents I1, I2, I3, I4 flowing in the electric conduction paths 21, 22, 23, 24 induce corrected magnetic fields H1, H2, H3, H4 and the magnetization F of a free magnetic layer of a magnetic resistance effect element 10 is inclined to the direction X1. It thus becomes possible to improve the temperature characteristics.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】 各抵抗変化部の磁気抵抗効果素子の温度特性による検知出力の変動を抑制できるようにした磁界検出装置およびその調整方法を提供する。【解決手段】 第1の抵抗変化部R1、第2の抵抗変化部R2、第3の抵抗変化部R3および第4の抵抗変化部R4でフルブリッジ回路が構成されている。各抵抗変化部R1,R2,R3,R4では、磁気抵抗効果素子10と通電路21,22,23,24とが直列に接続され、且つ互いに平行に対向している。電圧Vddが与えられると、通電路21,22,23,24を流れる電流I1,I2,I3,I4により矯正磁界H1,H2,H3,H4が誘導され、磁気抵抗効果素子10の自由磁性層の磁化FがX1方向に対して傾けられる。これにより、温度特性を改善するように調整できる。【選択図】図1
