Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain an engine drive type heat pump system capable of operating at energy efficiency as high as possible regardless of a situation change, even in a case where a request load fluctuates in a heat pump circuit.SOLUTION: A heat pump system includes: an engine connected to a drive side rotor; a heat pump circuit having a compressor driven by the drive side rotor; a change gear capable of selectively realizing a first output state of shifting rotation of an engine and outputting the same and a second output state of outputting the rotation at the same speed as the first output state; and a controller configured to switch a state of the change gear between the first output state and the second output state according to an operation state of the heat pump circuit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7 【課題】ヒートポンプ回路での要求負荷が変動する場合でも、状況の変化によらずに極力高いエネルギー効率で運転することができるエンジン駆動式ヒートポンプシステムを実現する。【解決手段】ヒートポンプシステムは、駆動側回転体に接続されたエンジンと、駆動側回転体によって駆動される圧縮機を有するヒートポンプ回路と、エンジンの回転を変速して出力する第一出力状態と同速で出力する第二出力状態とを選択的に実現可能な変速装置と、ヒートポンプ回路の運転状態に応じて変速装置の状態を第一出力状態と第二出力状態との間で切替制御する制御装置とを備える。【選択図】図７
