Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To homogenize the flow speed balance of cooling water in a head-side water jacket.SOLUTION: In a cylinder gasket 20 which is interposed between a cylinder block 11 of an engine 10 in which a plurality of cylinders #1 to 6 are arranged in series and a cylinder head 30, the head gasket 20 includes a plurality of circulation holes 23A to F for making cooling water circulate to the cylinder head 30 side from the cylinder block 11 side, a vertical flow passage 34 for making the cooling water which has passed the communication holes 23A to F circulate to a cylinder arrangement direction is formed in the cylinder head 30, and the circulation hole 23A corresponding to a downstream side of the vertical flow passage 34 out of a plurality of the circulation holes 23A to F is formed into a small diameter smaller than that of the circulation hole 23F corresponding to an upstream side of the vertical flow passage 34.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】ヘッド側ウォータジャケット内の冷却水の流速バランスの均一化を図る。【解決手段】複数の気筒#1〜6が直列に配置されたエンジン10のシリンダブロック11とシリンダヘッド30との間に介装されるヘッドガスケット20であって、ヘッドガスケット20は、シリンダブロック11側からシリンダヘッド30側に冷却水を流通させる複数の流通孔23A〜Fを含み、シリンダヘッド30内には、流通孔23A〜Fを通過した冷却水を気筒配列方向に流通させる縦方向流路34が形成され、複数の流通孔23A〜Fのうち、縦方向流路34の下流側に対応する流通孔23Aを縦方向流路34の上流側に対応する流通孔23Fよりも小径に形成した。【選択図】図1 |
