Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aluminum alloy brazing sheet which has excellent strength after brazing and is also excellent in brazeability of both faces on brazing material and sacrificial material sides and corrosion resistance of both faces on brazing material and sacrificial material sides, in spite of its thin thickness of less than 200 μm.SOLUTION: An aluminum alloy brazing sheet 1 comprises a core material 2, a brazing material 3 comprising an Al-Si alloy provided on one surface of the core material 2, a sacrificial material 4 provided on the other surface of the core material 2, and an intermediate material 5 provided between the core material 2 and the sacrificial material 4. The sheet has a thickness of less than 200 μm. The core material 2 comprises prescribed amounts of Mn and Cu, with the remainder being Al and unavoidable impurities. The sacrificial material 4 comprises a prescribed amount of Zn and less than a prescribed amount of Mg, with the remainder being Al and unavoidable impurities. The intermediate material 5 comprises a prescribed amount of Mg, with the remainder being Al and unavoidable impurities.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】板厚200μm未満の薄肉材であっても、ろう付後強度に優れ、ろう材側と犠牲材側の両面におけるろう付性およびろう材側と犠牲材側の両面における耐食性にも優れたアルミニウム合金製ブレージングシートを提供する。【解決手段】アルミニウム合金製ブレージングシート1は、心材2と、心材2の一方の面に設けられたAl−Si系合金からなるろう材3と、心材2の他方の面に設けられた犠牲材4と、心材2と犠牲材4との間に設けられた中間材5と、を備え、板厚が200μm未満であり、心材2は、Mn、Cuを所定量含有し、残部がAlおよび不可避的不純物からなり、犠牲材4は、Znを所定量含有し、Mgが所定量未満であり、残部がAlおよび不可避的不純物からなり、中間材5は、Mgを所定量含有し、残部がAlおよび不可避的不純物からなることを特徴とする。【選択図】図1 |
