Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing post-deaeration prepreg which has a short molding cycle while vacuum pressure molding and produces high-quality fiber-reinforced plastic with good yield, and to provide a method for producing fiber-reinforced plastic curing the same.SOLUTION: A method for producing post-deaeration prepreg includes: arranging a prepreg laminate 1 obtained by laminating a prepreg obtained by impregnating a reinforced fiber with a thermosetting resin, on a jig 4; decompressing both spaces of a first space 9 which is formed from a cover film 2 covering the prepreg laminate 1, the jig 4 and a container 5 and is positioned outside of the cover film 2 and a second space 10 which is formed from the jig 4 and the cover film 2 and is positioned inside of the cover film 2; thereby removing a volatile content of the prepreg laminate 1; and producing a post-deaeration prepreg, where a pressure of the first space 9 is set to be lower than a pressure of the second space 10, and the volatile content of the prepreg laminate 1 is removed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】本発明は、真空圧成形でありながら、成形サイクルが短く、高品質な繊維強化プラスチックを歩止まりよく生産するための、脱気後プリプレグの製造方法、およびそれを硬化させる繊維強化プラスチックの製造方法を提供せんとするものである。【解決手段】強化繊維に熱硬化性樹脂が含浸されてなるプリプレグを積層したプリプレグ積層体1をジグ4の上に配置し、プリプレグ積層体1を覆うカバーフィルム2、ジグ4および容器5によって形成され、カバーフィルム2の外側に位置する第1の空間9と、ジグ4およびカバーフィルム2によって形成され、カバーフィルム2の内側に位置する第2の空間10の両方の空間を減圧することにより、プリプレグ積層体1の揮発分を除去して脱気後プリプレグを製造する脱気後プリプレグの製造方法であって、第1の空間9の圧力よりも第2の空間10の圧力を低くして、プリプレグ積層体1の揮発分の除去を行う。【選択図】図2 |
