HAND PART OF HANDLED CARGO CONVEYER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hand part of a handled cargo conveyer with use of a force sensor by which a finger and a wrist is not hurt.SOLUTION: A hand part of a handled cargo conveyer, which is hung on a lifting part of a handled cargo conveyor through a coupler, is brought into contact with a hand of an operator and is positioned between the hand and the handled cargo, and the handled cargo is gripped by both hands of the operator. The hand part of the handled cargo conveyor in which the hand part comprises a force sensor, and which elevates the handled cargo according to a force received by the force sensor. The hand part has a hook part, the hook part is fitted to the coupler, a support band is attached to the hook part, a finger cot is attached to the support band, the above-said sensor is located on the finger cot, a load receiving portion of the hook part is located on the finger, a load of the handled cargo is held by the hook part, and the finger is placed on the handled cargo.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 【課題】力センサを利用した荷役物運搬機のハンド部で、指や手首が痛くないハンド部を提供する。【解決手段】ハンド部は連結具を介して荷役物運搬機の昇降部に吊られており、前記ハンド部を作業者の手に着接させ、前記手と荷役物の間に前記ハンド部が位置し、作業者は両手で前記荷役物を把持し、前記ハンド部は力センサを備え、前記力センサが受ける力に応じて前記荷役物を昇降させる荷役物運搬機のハンド部において、引掛け部を有し、前記引掛け部は前記連結具に取付けられ、前記引掛け部にサポート帯が取付けられ、前記サポート帯には指サックが取付けられ、前記指サックには前記センサを配設し、前記引掛け部の荷重受け部は指に配置され、前記荷役物の荷重を前記引掛け部で保持し指を荷役物に添える。【選択図】図３
