PAPER CONTAINER FOR LIQUID

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper container for liquid having a bottom structure for restraining an increase in the base paper use area, by minimizing remodeling of a conventional filling machine used for molding the paper container for the liquid, without risk of liquid leakage.SOLUTION: In a paper container 1 for liquid composed of a pair of inside bottom wall panels 6 and 7 extended from a body part panel and a pair of outside bottom wall panels 8 and 9 and having a bottom part 10 superposably forming the outside bottom wall panels 8 and 9 so that its tip parts 8a and 9a overlap on the outside of the inside bottom wall panels 6 and 7 of becoming a state of butting the mutual apexes 6a and 7a by folding up in a triangular shape, among the outside bottom wall panels 8 and 9, the tip edge 9a of the outside bottom wall panel 9 positioned on the inside, is set in a height of not exceeding a butting part 11 of the inside bottom wall panels 6 and 7, and a seal auxiliary piece part 23 having a height of exceeding the butting part 11 in a range of 3 mm-6 mm and having a width of a range of 15 mm-30 mm with the butting part 11 as the center, is projected on the tip edge 9a of the outside bottom wall panel 9.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】 液漏れのおそれがなく、また、液体用紙容器の成形に使用される従来の充填機の改造を最小限にとどめ、原紙使用面積の増加を抑えた底構造を有する液体用紙容器を得る。【解決手段】 胴部パネルから延設された一対の内側底壁パネル６，７と、一対の外側底壁パネル８，９とからなり、三角形に折り畳まれ互いの頂点６ａ，７ａが突き合わせた状態となる内側底壁パネル６，７の外側に、外側底壁パネル８，９が、その先端部８ａ，９ａが重なり合うように重ねられて形成された底部１０を有する液体用紙容器１において、外側底壁パネル８，９のうちの内側に位置する外側底壁パネル９の先端縁９ａを、内側底壁パネル６，７の突き合わせ部１１を超えない高さとし、外側底壁パネル９の先端縁９ａに、突き合わせ部１１を３ｍｍ〜６ｍｍの範囲で超える高さを有し、突き合わせ部１１を中心として１５ｍｍ〜３０ｍｍの範囲の幅を有するシール補助片部２３を突設させた。【選択図】 図１
