Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cowl top garnish having high impact absorption performance, while being capable of restraining narrowing of an interval between a front side part and a rear side part.SOLUTION: A cowl top garnish (20) includes a projection part (40) formed in a convex shape upward so that an apex part (41) is positioned above with a cross section of viewing a vehicle body from the side as a reference. The projection part (40) comprises a front side part (42) provided along the vehicle width direction and extending forward-downward from the apex part (41) and a rear side part (43) extending backward-downward from the apex part (41). The projection part (40) is a part having flexibility so as to expand the front side part (42) and the rear side part (43) when a load is applied from above the apex part (41). The front side part (42) comprises a projection part (28) projecting toward the rear side part (43). The rear side part (43) comprises a load receiving part (32) for receiving the load by allowing the projection part (28) to abut when the load is applied toward the rear to the front side part (42).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】前辺部及び後辺部の間隔が狭まることを抑制可能でありながら、高い衝撃吸収性能を有するカウルトップガーニッシュを提供すること。【解決手段】カウルトップガーニッシュ(20)は、車体を側方から見た断面を基準として、上方に頂部(41)が位置するよう、上方に向かって凸状に形成された凸部(40)を含む。凸部(40)は、車幅方向に沿って設けられ、頂部(41)から前下方へ延びる前辺部(42)と、頂部(41)から後下方へ延びる後辺部(43)と、を有する。凸部(40)は、頂部(41)の上方から荷重が加わった際に前辺部(42)及び後辺部(43)が広がるよう可撓性を有する部位である。前辺部(42)は、後辺部(43)に向かって突出する突出部(28)を有する。後辺部(43)は、前辺部(42)に後方に向かって荷重が加わった場合に、突出部(28)が当接し荷重を受ける荷重受け部(32)を有している。【選択図】図2 |
