Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transmission belt manufacturing method that can be executed easily by using an existing vulcanizer.SOLUTION: In the transmission belt manufacturing method: a cylindrical-shaped uncrosslinked slab S' is internally fitted to be in contact with an inner peripheral surface of a cylindrical mold 40; the cylindrical mold 40 with the internally-fitted uncrosslinked slab S' is disposed inside a vulcanizer 50 such that inside and outside of the cylindrical mold 40 are partitioned; and inside the vulcanizer 50, relatively higher pressure steam is introduced to the inside of the cylindrical mold 40 while introducing relatively lower pressure steam to the outside of the cylindrical mold 40 for heating and pressurizing the uncrossed slab S' to mold a cylindrical belt slab.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7B 【課題】既存の加硫缶を用いた簡便な伝動ベルトの製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】伝動ベルトの製造方法は、筒状型40の内周面に接触するように筒状の未架橋スラブS'を内嵌めし、未架橋スラブS'を内嵌めした筒状型40を、筒状型40の内部及び外部が区画されるように加硫缶50内に配置し、加硫缶50内において、筒状型40の内部に相対的に高圧の蒸気を導入すると共に、筒状型40の外部に相対的に低圧の蒸気を導入して未架橋スラブS'を加熱及び加圧することにより筒状のベルトスラブを成型する。【選択図】図7B
