PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inkjet printer which can efficiently recover ink mist while reducing increase of electrical power consumption and noise.SOLUTION: An inkjet printer 1 includes: an inkjet head 51 which discharges an ink to a transported web W; blower fans 41A, 41B which blow air from an upstream side of the inkjet head 51 in a web W transport direction to a space between the inkjet head 51 and the web W; an ink mist recovery part 6 which recovers ink mist at a downstream side of the inkjet head 51; and a control part 8 which conducts at least one of on-off control and air volume control of the blower fans 41A, 41B on the basis of at least one of a distance between the inkjet head 51 and the web W and a transport speed of the web W.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】消費電力や騒音の増大を軽減しつつ、インクミストの効率的な回収を行うことができるインクジェット印刷装置を提供する。【解決手段】インクジェット印刷装置１は、搬送されるウェブＷにインクを吐出するインクジェットヘッド５１と、ウェブＷの搬送方向におけるインクジェットヘッド５１の上流側からインクジェットヘッド５１とウェブＷとの間へ送風する吹き出しファン４１Ａ，４１Ｂと、インクジェットヘッド５１の下流側においてインクミストを回収するインクミスト回収部６と、インクジェットヘッド５１とウェブＷとの間の距離、およびウェブＷの搬送速度の少なくともいずれか一方に基づき、吹き出しファン４１Ａ，４１Ｂのオンオフ制御および風量調整の少なくともいずれか一方を行う制御部８とを備える。【選択図】図１
