In the laminate film, when respective fractions of aluminum atomic numbers derived from metal aluminum, aluminum oxide and aluminum hydroxide in the aluminum oxide film are represented as a, b and c, respectively, (a+b+c=1), a is in the range of 0 to 0.07 and c is in the range of 0 to 0.17; and the aluminum oxide film has a density of 2.5 g/cmor more.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】酸化アルミニウム蒸着膜の正確な組成を把握して、良好なガスバリア性と高い透明性の耐湿熱性ガスバリアフィルムとなる積層フィルムを提供する。【解決手段】高分子フィルムの少なくとも片側の表面に酸化アルミニウム膜が積層され、該酸化アルミニウム膜中の金属アルミニウム、酸化アルミニウムおよび水酸化アルミニウムに起因するアルミニウム原子数の分率をそれぞれa、b、c(a+b+c=1)と表したとき、aが0〜0.07の範囲にあり、cが0〜0.17の範囲にあり、かつ該酸化アルミニウム膜の密度が2.5g/cm3以上であることを特徴とする積層フィルム。【選択図】図1 |
