Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating liquid containing an oriented carbon nanotube growth catalyst that, even when coated on a buffer layer arranged on a power collecting substrate of an electricity storage device, can prevent corrosion of the buffer layer.SOLUTION: The coating liquid containing an oriented carbon nanotube growth catalyst comprises: water as a solvent; a metal salt of a catalyst metal; a chelating agent that can form a chelate bond with the catalyst metal; and a pH adjusting agent.
