Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elastic structure and a manufacturing method of the elastic structure capable of improving pressure dispersion performance for dispersing a pressure applied to an object and posture maintenance performance for maintaining a posture of the object, corresponding to the object.SOLUTION: An elastic structure comprises a body part 11 for supporting a user P, a first elasticity adjustment part 21, a second elasticity adjustment part 22, and a third elasticity adjustment part 23 which are provided in the body part 11. Each of the elasticity adjustment parts 21, 22, 23 is divided into a plurality of laminated cells 31 in a surface direction intersecting a load application direction F from the user P to the body part 11. In each laminated cell 31, a plurality of elastic bodies 33 having different moduli of elasticity are laminated in the load application direction F. The body part 11 has a trunk support part 15 provided at a position corresponding to a trunk Pa in a supine state of the user P, and a pillow installation part 13 on which a head Pb of the user P is placed.
