Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cell culture apparatus capable of efficiently culturing cells in large quantities and capable of more accurately observing the state of the culture.SOLUTION: According to the present invention, there is provided a cell culture apparatus comprising: an opening portion 15 in which a gas permeable portion 25 and a puncturing portion 27 are disposed on one end side of a container main body 10; a reservoir portion 17 tapered toward the tip thereof and provided on the other end side of the container main body 10; a lid member 20 by which the opening 15 is opened and closed; and a plurality of substrates 30 capable of adhering cultured cells to the surfaces thereof and disposed inside the container main body 10. Here, the surfaces of the respective substrates 30 are laminated in multiple stages in parallel at predetermined intervals. As viewed from the surface wall of the container main body 10 in cylindrical form, which faces the surfaces of the plurality of substrates 30, an observation window 40 on the surface wall side is provided on a first substrate 301 located on the surface wall side to observe the surface condition of a second substrate 302 located inside the first substrate 301 from the surface wall side.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
【課題】本発明は、細胞を大量に効果的に培養でき、且つより正確に培養状態を観察できる細胞培養装置を提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】容器本体10の一端側にガス透過部25と穿刺部27が配置された開口部15が設けられ、容器本体10の他端側に、先端に向かって縮径する溜まり部17が設けられ、開口部15が蓋部材20で開閉され、表面に培養細胞が接着可能な複数の基板30が、容器本体10の内部に配置され、各基板30の表面が、所定間隔で平行に多段に積層され、複数の基板30の表面と対面する筒状容器本体10の表面壁からみて、この表面壁側に位置する第1基板301に、第1基板301よりも内側に位置する第2基板302の表面状態を、表面壁側から観察できるための表面壁側の観察窓40が設けられている。【選択図】図5 |
