Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric energy control system capable of being compliant to a regulation and making a difference between demand and supply be within an allowable error according to the regulation at each predetermined time interval.SOLUTION: An electric energy control system of the present invention, an electric energy control system that on the basis of a regulation and at each predetermined time, performs control of making a difference value between an amount of demand and an amount of supply in a business area be equal to or smaller than an allowance, comprises: a power transmission network that supplies power to a consumer included in the business area; an individual power generation device installed at a location of the consumer included in the business area; a calculation unit that calculates an amount of demand and an amount of supply at each predetermined time in the consumer; and a control unit that controlling operation of the individual power generation device. The calculation unit compares an amount of actual use at a certain predetermined time with a predicted prediction amount of demand in the consumer. The control unit makes power consumption in the consumer increase when the amount of actual use is lower than the prediction amount of demand and makes the individual power generation device operate to supply insufficient power to the consumer when the amount of actual use exceeds the prediction amount of demand.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】規制に対応することができ、所定時間間隔ごとに需要と供給の差分を規制に応じた許容誤差に収めることのできる電力量制御システムを提供する。【解決手段】本発明の電力量制御システムは、規制に基づいて、所定時間毎に、営業地域での電力の需要量と供給量との差分値を、許容値以下に制御する電力量制御システムであって、営業地域に含まれる需要者に電力を供給する送電網と、営業地域に含まれる需要者の場所に設置される個別発電装置と、需要者において所定時間毎の需要量と供給量とを演算する演算部と、個別発電装置の動作を制御する制御部と、を備え、演算部は、需要者においてある所定時間での実使用量と、予測された予測需要量とを比較し、制御部は、実使用量が予測需要量を下回る場合には、需要者での電力消費を増加させ、実使用量が予測需要量を上回る場合には、個別発電装置を動作させて、需要者に不足電力を供給させる。【選択図】図1 |
