Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve reliability of an inspection result with evaporation of a specimen prevented even when a system is suspended during a prolonged period at a position located on a conveyance route.SOLUTION: A specimen container conveyance device includes: a specimen holder main body 21 that has a storage part storing one or more specimen containers, and an openable/closable cover member that is attached to the holder main body 21 so as to cover the stored specimen container, in which the holder main body 21 is lifted upward from a height of a conveyance route, and thereby the cover member is opened, and the holder main body 21 is fallen down to the height of the conveyance route, and thereby the cover member is closed; a conveyance mechanism that conveys the specimen holder main body 21 along the conveyance route; an elevation member that is provided at a prescribed position and upward/downward moves with a bottom face of the holder main body 21 supported; a drive mechanism that vertically drives the elevation member; and a control unit that controls an operation of the drive mechanism.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
