SCAFFOLD INSTALLATION METHOD, AND TRAY FOR TEMPORARILY INSTALLING SCAFFOLD USED THEREWITH

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce work at a high place necessary for installing a temporary scaffold.SOLUTION: A parking device has a steel structure 2 erected and a tray support mechanism 10 provided at a location of each storage shelf 9. On a ground outside of the parking device, a temporarily installed tray 19 of a scaffold is assembled on top of a tray 11 to be housed in the storage shelf 9, the temporarily installed tray being provided removably with a front, a rear and an intermediate substrate members, a deck plate 18 to be used in water receiving means of the storage shelf 9, a scaffold board fixing member, and a hoisting accessory. The temporarily installed tray 19 of the scaffold is hoisted and transferred to the targeted storage shelf 9, and is housed in the storage shelf 9 by having the tray 11 received by the tray support mechanism 10. Thus, a scaffold is formed at the location of the storage shelf 9, using the deck plate 18 constituting the temporarily installed tray 19 of the scaffold as a scaffold board member.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9 【課題】 仮設足場の設置作業に要する高所作業を削減する。【解決手段】 駐車装置は、鉄骨構造２を構築し、各格納棚９の位置にトレイ支持機構１０を設ける。駐車装置の外部となる地上で、格納棚９に収納予定のトレイ１１の上側に、前部と後部と中間部の各下地部材と、格納棚９の水受手段で使用予定のデッキプレート１８と、足場板固定部材と、吊具とを取り外し可能に備えた足場仮設トレイ１９を組み立てる。足場仮設トレイ１９は、吊り上げて目的の格納棚９まで搬送し、トレイ１１をトレイ支持機構１０に受けさせることで格納棚９に収納する。これにより、格納棚９の位置には、足場仮設トレイ１９を構成しているデッキプレート１８を足場板部材とする足場を形成させる。【選択図】図９
