FOIL-MOUNTED BODY MANUFACTURING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foil-mounted body manufacturing method by which a foil-mounted body can be manufactured at a low cost without a plate.SOLUTION: A draft α is printed on a transfer film 1 by a laser printer thereby forming a transfer thin film body 2, the transfer thin film body 2 is so overlapped on a transferred body 4 that a printing surface thereof corresponds to the transferred body, and is heated and pressurized. Next, the transfer film 1 of the transfer thin film body 2 is removed thereby forming a base body in which printing toners 3 of the draft α are transferred onto the transferred body 4, a foil film having a metal thin film layer is overlapped on the base body, and is heated and pressurized, and the metal thin film layer is locally bonded to the base body corresponding to the draft α by use of the printing toners 3 of the draft α as an adhesive. Then, a metal thin film layer remainder other than a locally bonded draft-corresponding metal thin film part is removed while being broken, thereby leaving the draft-corresponding metal thin film part on the transferred body 4.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】版が不要で、低コストにて製造することができる箔装着体製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】レーザープリンタによって転写用フィルム１に図案αを印刷して転写薄膜体２を形成し、被転写体４に上記転写薄膜体２を印刷面が対応するように重ね合わせて、加熱加圧する。次に、上記転写薄膜体２の上記転写用フィルム１を剥離して、上記被転写体４に上記図案αの印刷トナー３を転写したベース体を形成し、該ベース体に、金属薄膜層を有する箔フィルムを重ね合わせて、加熱加圧し、上記図案αの印刷トナー３を接着剤として、上記金属薄膜層を上記ベース体に上記図案αに対応して局部接着する。次に、上記局部接着した図案対応金属薄膜部を除いた金属薄膜層残部を、破断しながら剥離除去して、上記図案対応金属薄膜部を上記被転写体４に残す。【選択図】図２
