Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a curved material of composite steel plate capable of preventing a weld part from being broken by shear stress, and a manufacturing method of the curved material of the composite steel plate.SOLUTION: A composite steel plate 1 of flat shape is made by performing plug welding of a first steel plate 2 with flat shape and a second steel plate 3 with flat shape formed of a welding through-hole on a predetermined welding part 4 so as to bury welding material 5 into the welding through-hole. The composite steel plate 1 of flat shape is worked into a curved shape of a predetermined bend radius R to make curved material. A radius D of welding through-hole is set such that the shear stress actuated to the welding part 4 gets to lower than a shear strength of the welding material 5 by being made to be the curved shape.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】せん断応力によって溶接部が破断してしまうことを防止できるようにした、複合鋼板の湾曲材及びその湾曲材の製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】平坦形状の第一鋼板2と、所定の溶接部4において溶接用貫通穴が設けられた平坦形状の第二鋼板3とを、前記溶接用貫通穴に溶接材5を埋め込むようにしてプラグ溶接することにより、平坦形状の複合鋼板1を作成する。この平坦形状の複合鋼板1を、所定の曲げ半径Rの湾曲形状に加工して湾曲材とする。溶接材5のせん断強度よりも、湾曲形状とされたことにより前記溶接部4に作用するせん断応力が低くなるように、前記溶接用貫通穴の径Dを設定する。【選択図】図2 |
