PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drying device capable of preventing a drawing object to which a warm air from the dryer is blown, from partially getting a high temperature, and a drawing apparatus.SOLUTION: The drying device includes: a nail holding case on which a nail 11 of a finger 12 as an object is placed; a dryer 50 capable of blowing a warm air toward the nail 11; and a swing part 66 depressing the dryer 50 so as to swing the dryer 50.
