Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor controller and drive system capable of reducing or minimizing harmonic loss generated when an AC motor is driven in an overmodulation range, in which an asynchronous PWM control and the upper limit of the carrier frequency should be controlled at high frequency to increase the drive range of the AC motor.SOLUTION: The motor controller includes: a second modulation mode determination part that, when a modulation factor reaches a predetermined value of 1 or more, switches the final correction signal wave from 0 to the synchronization correction signal; and a third modulation mode determination part that, when the modulation factor reaches a predetermined value of 1 or more, switches the final magnitude from a first magnitude to a fixed magnitude.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】交流モータの駆動範囲を広げるためには,非同期PWM制御の対応,および,キャリア周波数の上限を高周波化させるため,交流モータを過変調域で駆動した際に生じる高調波損失を低減あるいは最小化することである。【解決手段】変調率が1以上の所定の値に達した場合,最終補正信号波を0から前記同期補正信号に切り換える第二変調モード判定部と、前記変調率が1以上の所定の値に達した場合,最終振幅を前記第一振幅から固定振幅に切り換える第三変調モード判定部と、を備えることを特徴とするモータ制御装置。【選択図】図1 |
