Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To settle a problem of bonding between an armature and a rotor of an electromagnetic clutch.SOLUTION: An electromagnetic clutch 40, when electrified, connects an armature 44 and a rotor 45 to transmit a drive force from an input gear 41 to a shaft 42, meanwhile, when not electrified, separates the armature 44 from the rotor 45, not to transmit the drive force from the input gear 41 to the shaft 42. When a power is turned on, firstly, non-electrification state is provided to separate the input gear 41 from the shaft 42, and provides a drive force in a rotational direction B that is opposite to a specified rotational direction A from the input gear 41. Since the shaft 42 cannot rotate in the opposite rotational direction B due to a one-way clutch 50, a load which only removes a rust 70 is applied between the rotating armature 44 and the rotor 45 that is not rotating, to settle (eliminate) a problem of bonding due to the rust 70.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】電磁クラッチにおけるアーマチュアとロータとの間の固着を解消する。【解決手段】電磁クラッチ40は、通電されていると、アーマチュア44とロータ45とを連結し、入力ギヤ41からの駆動力をシャフト42に伝達する一方、非通電にされると、アーマチュア44とロータ45とを離間し、入力ギヤ41からの駆動力をシャフト42に伝達しない。電源投入時等、まず、非通電にして入力ギヤ41とシャフト42とを離間状態とし、所定の回転方向Aとは逆の回転方向Bとなる駆動力を入力ギヤ41から与える。シャフト42は、ワンウエイクラッチ50により、逆の回転方向Bへは回転できないため、回転するアーマチュア44と回転しないロータ45との間に錆70が剥がれるだけの負荷がかかり、該錆70による固着を解消する(取り除く)ことになる。【選択図】図3 |
