Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a slide-type constant velocity universal joint capable of significantly enlarging an operation angle, achieving stable sliding performance, enlarging an usable region of an angle, and improving a degree of freedom in layout of driving system components.SOLUTION: In a slide type constant velocity universal joint 1 in which a fixed constant velocity universal joint portion 2 is formed by an outer joint member 6 provided with a plurality of track grooves 11 on a spherical inner peripheral face 10, an inner joint member 7 provided with a plurality of track grooves 13 on a spherical outer peripheral face 12, a plurality of torque transmission balls 8 assembled between the track grooves of the outer joint member and the inner joint member, and a cage 9 disposed between the outer joint member and the inner joint member, and retaining the torque transmission balls, the fixed constant velocity universal joint portion is fitted and inserted to an outer cylindrical member 3, and a ball spline portion 4 is formed between an inner peripheral face 24 of the outer cylindrical member and an outer peripheral face 25 of the outer joint member of the fixed type constant velocity universal joint portion, a seal member 35 for preventing flowing of lubrication grease Gr is disposed on the ball spline portion.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】作動角を大幅に拡大することができ、かつ、安定したスライド性能が得られ、角度の使用可能領域が拡大すると共に、駆動系部品のレイアウトの自由度が向上する摺動式等速自在継手を提供する。【解決手段】球状内周面10に複数のトラック溝11が形成された外側継手部材6と、球状外周面12に複数のトラック溝13が形成された内側継手部材7と、外側継手部材と内側継手部材のトラック溝間に組込まれた複数のトルク伝達ボール8と、外側継手部材と内側継手部材との間に配置され、トルク伝達ボールを保持する保持器9とから固定式等速自在継手部2を構成し、固定式等速自在継手部を外筒部材3に嵌挿し、外筒部材の内周面24と固定式等速自在継手部の外側継手部材の外周面25との間にボールスプライン部4を形成した摺動式等速自在継手1において、ボールスプライン部に潤滑グリースGrの流動を防止するシール部材35が設ける。【選択図】図1 |
