When the abnormality of the engine 2 is continued, the control part 11 prohibits a start of the engine 2 as abnormality processing when the current position of the vehicle is the specified position, and permits the start of the engine 2 when the current position of the vehicle is other than the specified position.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
