PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suitably perform abnormality processing without causing a variety of malfunctions such as bother to a pedestrian and the other vehicles.SOLUTION: A microcomputer 10 of an engine ECU 1 comprises a control part 11 for controlling the drive of an engine 2, an abnormality detection part 12 for detecting an abnormality of the engine 2, a current position acquisition part 13 for acquiring a current position of a vehicle having an own device, and a storage part 14 for storing a specified position.
