Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exhaust gas recirculation control device having an inexpensive and space-saving configuration capable of preventing a backflow of intake air.SOLUTION: An exhaust gas recirculation control device includes: an exhaust gas recirculation pipe 41 for communicating an intake manifold 10 and an exhaust manifold 20 with each other; an EGR valve 42 for controlling the amount of exhaust gas passing through the exhaust gas recirculation pipe 41; a vacuum pump 43 for producing negative pressure for operating the EGR valve 42; a VSV 44 for controlling an opening of the EGR valve 42 by controlling the negative pressure applied to the EGR valve 42; and an ECU 3 for determining a region where a backflow of intake air from intake side to the exhaust side of the exhaust gas recirculation pipe 41 is generated on the basis of an operating state of an engine 2 when EGR is in the ON state, and in the region where a backflow of intake air is generated, controlling the VSV 44 so that control driving force of the EGR valve 42 is restricted to equal to or lower than energizing force of a spring of the EGR valve 42.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】低コストで省スペースな構成で、吸気の逆流を防止することができる排気還流制御装置を提供すること。【解決手段】吸気マニホールド10と排気マニホールド20とを連通する排気還流管41と、排気還流管41を通る排気の量を調整するEGRバルブ42と、EGRバルブ42を駆動する負圧を作成するバキュームポンプ43と、EGRバルブ42にかかる負圧を調整してEGRバルブ42の開度を調整するVSV44と、EGRがオンの状態のとき、エンジン2の運転状態に基づいて排気還流管41の吸気側から排気側に吸気の逆流が発生する領域か否かを判定し、吸気の逆流が発生する領域であれば、VSV44を制御してEGRバルブ42の制御駆動力をEGRバルブ42のスプリングの付勢力以下となるように制限するECU3と、を備える。【選択図】図1 |
