GROUND SURFACE TEMPERATURE CONTROL DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ground surface temperature control device capable of reducing pumping power of a temperature control medium in an athletics stadium, and capable of facilitating maintenance or the like.SOLUTION: A plurality of temperature control pipes 20 are embedded under the ground of a track 91 of an athletics studium 9, and are connected with a header pipe 10.
