Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multi-layered polyurethane coated steel material which has high corrosion resistance and in which exposure of a steel surface is prevented even in low-temperature environment.SOLUTION: The multi-layered polyurethane coated steel material is provided which has a primer layer 2 in contact with a steel material 1 and a polyurethane resin layer of n layer (n is integer) formed of two layers of a soft polyurethane resin layer 3 or a hard polyurethane resin layer 4 on the primer layer, and in which when n is 2, a layer close to the steel material is the soft polyurethane resin layer, when n is 3, a layer closest to the steel material is the soft polyurethane resin layer or the hard polyurethane resin layer, when n is 4 or more, at least one layer excluding the top layer is the soft polyurethane resin layer, hardness of the soft polyurethane resin layer is Shore D hardness of 65 or less, hardness of the hard polyurethane resin layer is Shore D hardness of 75 or more, and a ratio of the total film thickness of the hard polyurethane resin to the total thickness of the soft polyurethane resin is 1-10.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】高防食性を有し、低温環境においても鋼面の露出を防止する多層ポリウレタン被覆鋼材を提供する。【解決手段】鋼材1に接してプライマー層2を有し、その上に、軟質ポリウレタン樹脂層3または硬質ポリウレタン樹脂層4の2つの層から成るn層(但し、nは整数である)のポリウレタン樹脂層を有する多層ポリウレタン被覆鋼材であって、nが2の場合は、鋼材に近い層が軟質ポリウレタン樹脂層であり、nが3の場合は、鋼材に最も近い層が、軟質ポリウレタン樹脂層または硬質ポリウレタン樹脂層であり、nが4以上の場合は、最上層を除く少なくとも1層が軟質ポリウレタン樹脂層であり、軟質ポリウレタン樹脂層の硬度がショアD硬度65以下であり、硬質ポリウレタン樹脂層の硬度がショアD硬度75以上であり、軟質ポリウレタン樹脂の合計膜厚に対する、硬質ポリウレタン樹脂の合計膜厚の比が、1〜10である多層ポリウレタン被覆鋼材。【選択図】図1
