Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automation technology in the measurement of the heart by an ultrasonic wave.SOLUTION: A cross section specification part 42 specifies cross sectional data corresponding to a four-chamber section of the heart and cross sectional data corresponding to a two-chamber section in volume data corresponding to the end-diastole and the end-systole respectively. A trace processing part 44 forms contour data on the left ventricle for each section of the four-chamber section and the two-chamber section in the end-diastole, and the four-chamber section and the two-chamber section in the end-systole. A volume calculation part 45 calculates the volume in the end-diastole of the left ventricle based on the contour data in the four-chamber section, and the contour data in the two-chamber section in the end-diastole and calculates the volume in the end-systole of the left ventricle based on the contour data in the four-chamber section, and the contour data in the two-chamber section in the end-systole. A measurement processing part 46 calculates an ejection fraction (EF) of the heart based on the volume in the end-diastole of the left ventricle, and the volume in the end-systole of the left ventricle.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】超音波による心臓の計測における自動化技術を提供する。【解決手段】断面特定部42は、拡張末期と収縮末期のそれぞれに対応したボリュームデータ内において、心臓の四腔断面に対応した断面データと二腔断面に対応した断面データを特定する。トレース処理部44は、拡張末期の四腔断面と二腔断面と収縮末期の四腔断面と二腔断面の各断面ごとに左室の輪郭データを形成する。体積算出部45は、拡張末期の四腔断面内における輪郭データと二腔断面内における輪郭データに基づいて左室の拡張末期体積を算出し、収縮末期の四腔断面内における輪郭データと二腔断面内における輪郭データに基づいて左室の収縮末期体積を算出する。計測処理部46は、左室の拡張末期体積と収縮末期体積に基づいて心臓の駆出率(EF)を算出する。【選択図】図1
