COMMUNICATION SYSTEM WITH POWER-FAILURE-TIME PREFERENTIAL POWER SUPPLY FUNCTION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication system comprising a power-failure-time preferential power supply control function capable of efficiently continuing power supply of a high-priority communication terminal such as an important emergency telephone set, during a power failure, based on previously registered preferential power supply information and information indicating that a communication terminal and a mobile phone are under short-range radio communications.SOLUTION: A communication control apparatus 1 comprises a power supply function. In the case where a power failure of a power supply system to the communication control apparatus 1 is detected in a state where mobile phone communication information indicating a state under communications with a mobile phone 3 belonging to a communication control apparatus 1 and existing near a communication terminal 2C is being transmitted from the communication terminal and being periodically received by a mobile phone communication information receiving part 103 or in a state where a predetermined time does not elapse from the reception, the communication control apparatus stores power to the communication terminal 2C which is a transmission source of the mobile phone communication information and preferentially executes power supply using a power-failure-time power supply part 109 to any one of or all communication terminals 2 during a power failure.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】 停電時、予め登録した優先給電情報と、通信端末と携帯電話機が近距離無線通信中である情報を基に重要な緊急用電話機等の優先度の高い通信端末の電力供給を効率的に継続することが可能な停電時優先給電制御機能を有する通信システムを提供する。【解決手段】 給電機能を有する通信制御装置１は、通信制御装置１に帰属し、近傍に存在する携帯電話機３と通信中である旨の対携帯電話機通信中情報を通信端末２Ｃから送信され、対携帯電話機通信中情報受信部１０３が定期的に受信している状態、または受信してから所定時間が経過していない状態で、通信制御装置１への給電系の停電を検知した場合に、当該対携帯電話機通信中情報の送信元の通信端末２Ｃへの、電力を蓄電し停電時に通信端末２のいずれかまたは全てへ給電する停電時給電部１０９による給電を優先的に実行する。【選択図】 図１
