Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of an identifying tube installed wire capable of installing an identifying tube at a plurality of positions even if it is a long wire such as a wire for air planes.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method is configured such that a length of a wire W sent via a first passage 31 from a first holding device 11 is measured and cut, the wire after cutting is sent downstream by the second holding device 12, at a stage where the upstream end reaches downstream than the downstream end of the first passage, the first passage is switched to the second passage, the wire is sent upstream via the second passage 32 by the second holding device, after returning the downstream end thereof to the second holding device, the clamp device 50 holding the identifying tube is moved downstream of the second holding device, the wire is inserted into the identifying tube by sending the wire downstream by the second holding device, the identifying tube is heated by a heater 70, the wire after cutting to which the identifying tube has been fixed by thermal shrinkage is sent upstream via the second passage by the second holding device, and the downstream end thereof is returned to the second holding device.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】航空機用の電線のような長い電線であっても、複数箇所に識別チューブを装着することができる識別チューブ装着電線の製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】製造方法を、第一把持装置11から第一通路31を介して送られた電線Wの長さを計測して切断し、切断後の電線を第二把持装置12によって下流に送り、その上流端が第一通路の下流端より下流まで達した段階で第一通路から第二通路32に切り替え、電線を第二把持装置によって第二通路を介して上流に送り、その下流端を第二把持装置まで戻した後、識別チューブを保持したクランプ装置50を第二把持装置の下流に移動させ、第二把持装置によって電線を下流に送ることにより識別チューブに電線を挿通し、加熱装置70によって識別チューブを加熱し、熱収縮によって識別チューブが固着された切断後電線を第二把持装置によって第二通路を介して上流に送り、その下流端を第二把持装置まで戻す構成とする。【選択図】図2 |
