The telescopic sheet material 4 extends from a non-loaded state to expand its diameter under a state in which the rotating shaft 5 is inserted and installed and the telescopic sheet material is present between the inner diameter surface of the roll main body 3 and the outer peripheral surface of the rotating shaft 5.
