Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elastic roller having a shaft capable of attaining a high cleanliness without making any special shape of a rotating shaft and a roll main body and capable of easily performing engaging or disengaging operation for the rotating shaft.MEANS FOR SOLVING THE PROBLEM: A roller 1 with a shaft comprises: an elastic cylindrical roll main body 3; a telescopic sheet material 4 forming a cylindrical shape within an inner diameter part of the roll main body 3; and a rotating shaft 5 having an outer diameter larger than the inner diameter of the roll main body 3 and inserted inside the telescopic sheet material 4 forming a cylindrical shape at the inner diameter part of the roll main body 3. The telescopic sheet material 4 extends from a non-loaded state to expand its diameter under a state in which the rotating shaft 5 is inserted and installed and the telescopic sheet material is present between the inner diameter surface of the roll main body 3 and the outer peripheral surface of the rotating shaft 5. Under the shaft installed state, a relative motion between the roll main body 3 and the telescopic sheet material 4 is prevented by an elastic force of the roll main body 3 and at the same time motion of the telescopic sheet material 4 in respect to the rotating shaft 5 is restricted.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】回転軸及びロール本体を特別な形状に形成することなく、高い清浄性を得ることができ、且つ回転軸の着脱作業を容易に行うことが可能な軸付き弾性ローラーの提供。【課題手段】軸付きローラー1は、弾性を有する筒状のロール本体3と、ロール本体3の内径部内で筒状を成す伸縮性シート材4と、ロール本体3の内径以上の外径を有し、ロール本体3の内径部で筒状を成す伸縮性シート材4の内側に挿入される回転軸5とを備える。伸縮性シート材4は、回転軸5が挿入された軸装着状態で、無負荷状態から伸長して拡径し、ロール本体3の内径面と回転軸5の外周面との間に介在する。軸装着状態では、ロール本体3の弾性力によって、ロール本体3と伸縮性シート材4との相対移動が阻止されるとともに、回転軸5に対する伸縮性シート材4の移動が規制される。【選択図】図1 |
