Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a loss caused by a variable valve train while properly performing control of exhaust gas in an engine with the variable valve train applied to an exhaust valve.SOLUTION: A control device of an engine comprises exhaust valves 22a, 22b, an exhaust side variable valve train 72 operating the exhaust valve 22a while varying opening and closing timing, a mechanical valve train 73 operating the exhaust valve 22b at constant opening and closing timing and by a constant lift amount integrated value, and a PCM 10 controlling the exhaust side variable valve train 72 to cause the same to vary opening and closing timing of the exhaust valve 22a. The exhaust side variable valve train 72 is configured to be able to open the exhaust valve 22a also in an intake stroke in addition to an exhaust stroke. The PCM 10 controls the exhaust side variable valve train 72 to cause the same to close the exhaust valve 22a in an exhaust stroke when engine rotation speed is equal to or less than a predetermined rotation speed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9
【課題】排気弁に可変動弁機構を適用したエンジンにおいて、排気のコントロールを適切に行いつつ、可変動弁機構による損失を低減する。【解決手段】エンジンの制御装置は、排気弁22a、22bと、排気弁22aの開閉時期を変化させて動作させる排気側可変動弁機構72と、一定の開閉時期及びリフト量積分値にて排気弁22bを動作させるメカニカル動弁機構73と、排気弁22aの開閉時期を変化させるように排気側可変動弁機構72を制御するPCM10と、を有し、排気側可変動弁機構72は、排気弁22aを排気行程に加えて吸気行程においても開弁できるよう構成され、PCM10は、エンジン回転数が所定回転数以下である場合に、排気行程中に排気弁22aを閉弁させるように排気側可変動弁機構72を制御する。【選択図】図9 |
