Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a drainage groove having a small width on a pavement surface laid in a transverse direction relatively to a vehicle moving direction in a manner to have the same plane with the pavement surface.SOLUTION: 1. A pavement surface is scraped off at a predetermined depth and a small width in its transverse direction so as to form a drainage groove. 2. Inside of the drainage groove is heated with heating means, such as gas burner. 3. Waterproof primer is applied to a circumference side wall surface and a bottom part of the drainage groove with application means, such as brush. 4. Asphalt containing molten filler 5 having a large viscosity is applied onto the circumference side wall surface and the bottom part with application means, such as a rubber spatula, so as to form a waterproof layer. 5. An aggregate having 5 to 13 mm in particle diameter is heated with heating means. 6. Asphalt 5 containing molten filler having a large viscosity is added to the heated aggregate and mixed while heating and stirring so as to produce heated mixture 6 having a high gap particle size. 7. The heated mixture having a high gap particle size is mounted in the drainage groove entirely. 8. It is pressed from upper surface with a tamper or a rolling press plate and fixed so as to have the same plane with surrounding pavement surface on it exposing surface.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 【課題】車両の進行方向に対して横断方向となる舗装面に該舗装面と面一な小幅の排水溝を形成する。【解決手段】1.舗装面をその横断方向において所定の深さ及び小幅をもって掘削切除して排水溝を形成する。2.排水溝内をガスバーナー等の加熱手段により温める。3.排水溝内の周側壁面及び底部を刷毛等の塗布手段により防水性プライマーを塗布する。4.周側壁面及び底部へゴム状ヘラ等の塗布手段により粘度の大きな溶融フィラー入りアスファルト5を塗布して防水層を形成する。5.5〜13mm粒径の骨材を加熱手段により加熱する。6.加熱した骨材に粘度の大きな溶融フィラー入りアスファルト5を加えて加熱撹拌混合し、開粒度の高い加熱混合物6を製造する。7.開粒度の高い加熱混合物を排水溝内全体に埋め込む。8.上面からタンパーや転圧プレートを使用して転圧し、表面側が周辺舗装面と面一となるように締め固める。【選択図】図3
