Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method capable of stably manufacturing a high-quality acrylonitrile-based fiber bundle while realizing high speed of yarn travel speed or multi-nozzles in dry-wet spinning.SOLUTION: There is provided a manufacturing method of an acrylonitrile-based fiber bundle in which a dope is, after once extruded from a nozzle into air, intruded downward into a coagulation bath in which a coagulation bath liquid is supplied upward from a coagulation bath liquid inflow port arranged on a bottom surface to form coagulation yarn, and, the coagulation yarn is folded back by a direction changing guide arranged in the coagulation bath on a lower side of the nozzle and extruded outside of the coagulation bath, in which an average speed of the coagulation bath liquid toward the nozzle from the direction changing guide is 4.0 m/minute or smaller.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
【課題】乾湿式紡糸において、糸条走行速度の高速化または口金多孔化しつつ、高品位のアクリロニトリル系繊維束を安定して製造できる方法を提供する。【解決手段】紡糸原液を、口金から一旦空気中に押し出した後、底面に配された凝固浴液流入口から上方に凝固浴液が供給される凝固浴中に下向きに進入せしめて凝固糸条とし、口金の下方の凝固浴中に配された方向転換ガイドで凝固糸条を折り返して凝固浴外に引き出すアクリロニトリル系繊維束の製造方法であって、方向転換ガイドから口金に向かう凝固浴液の平均流速が4.0m/分以下であることを特徴とするアクリロニトリル系繊維束の製造方法。【選択図】図7 |
