Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method that allows a crosslinking reaction with alkylphenol resin to sufficiently proceed, without using a tin catalyst as the essential component, and can produce a thermoplastic elastomer composition with good productivity.SOLUTION: The present invention provides a method for producing a thermoplastic elastomer composition in which a mixture comprising polypropylene resin (A) and ethylene-α-olefin-nonconjugated diene copolymer (B) is subjected to dynamic heat treatment in the presence of alkylphenol resin (C) and phosphoester (D), preferably further in the presence of hydrocarbon rubber softener (E).SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】スズ系触媒を必須に使用することなく、アルキルフェノール樹脂による架橋反応を十分に進行させ、生産性良く熱可塑性エラストマー組成物を製造する方法の提供。【解決手段】ポリプロピレン系樹脂（Ａ）及びエチレン・α−オレフィン・非共役ジエン共重合体（Ｂ）を含む混合物を、アルキルフェノール樹脂（Ｃ）及びリン酸エステル（Ｄ）の存在下で、好ましくは更に炭化水素系ゴム用軟化剤（Ｅ）の存在下で動的熱処理する熱可塑性エラストマー組成物の製造方法。【選択図】なし
