Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method achieving the more simple regulation of temperature characteristics.SOLUTION: Provided is the use of a solid substance for producing a propellant used in the method where, in a mixing-drying process, the solid substance is assembled into a channel of an unprocessed granular body together with a liquid and is solidified in the channel to form a plug-like material. At this time, the solid substance is the one in which melting point exceeds the maximum using temperature of the propellant at least by 10°C, and inert to the unprocessed granular body. In the use of the solid substance, for more strongly reducing the maximum pressure in the upper temperature range of the application temperature range, and also, for more strongly increasing the maximum pressure in the lower temperature range of the application temperature range, by using a more large amount of solid substance is used, the amount of the solid substance is regulated within the regulation range of>0 to 0.5 mass% with the mass of the unprocessed granular body as the standards under the conditions same as the method otherwise.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】本発明は、温度特性のより簡単な調整を可能にする方法を生み出すことを目的とする。【解決手段】発射薬を製造するための固形物質の使用であって、混合及び乾燥法において該固形物質を液体と一緒に未加工の粒状体のチャネル内に組み込んで、該チャネル内で固化して栓状物を形成する方法において使用し、その際、該固形物質は、融点が該発射薬の最大使用温度を少なくとも10℃上回り、かつ該未加工の粒状体に対して不活性な物質である、該固形物質の使用において、適用温度範囲の上方の温度範囲においては最大圧力をより強く下げるために、かつ適用温度範囲の下方の温度範囲においては最大圧力をより強く上げるために、より多量の固形物質量を用いることによって、該固形物質を、その他の点では該方法の同じ条件下で、該未加工の粒状体の質量を基準として>0〜0.5質量%の調整範囲内で調整することを特徴とする、該固形物質の使用。【選択図】図1 |
