Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a protection method for an article to be packed, capable of automatically and quickly forming an optimum storage space of an article to be packed.SOLUTION: A protection method for an article to be packed includes: using as a factor of comparison, a long axis R1 and a short axis R2 of the smallest oval 33 in each height (L1-L4) of an article 2 to be packed, and selecting at first a cushioning material sheet 41 formed with a through hole 42 of a shape closest to the oval 33 of the article 2 to be packed in a height of the lowest position (L1); sucking the cushioning material sheet 41 by a suction member 52 of a transfer device 5 followed by placing on a belt conveyor 1; and selecting the cushioning material sheet 41 formed with the through hole 42 of a shape closest to the oval 33 of the article 2 to be packed in a height of the position (L2) thereabove followed by placing the cushioning material sheet 41 on the cushioning material sheet 41 already placed on the belt conveyor 1 with similar means. According to the procedure, the cushioning material sheet 41 formed with the through hole 42 of a shape closest to the oval 33 of the article 2 to be packed in a height of the position (L4) is overlapped.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】最適な被梱包物収納空間を自動的且つ迅速に形成できる被梱包物の保護方法を提供する。【解決手段】被梱包物2の各高さ(L1〜L4)における最も小さな楕円33の長軸R1と短軸R2を比較のファクターとして、先ず最も下の位置(L1)の高さにおける被梱包物2の楕円33に最も近い形状の貫通穴42が形成された緩衝材シート41を選定し、この緩衝材シート41を移載装置5の吸着部材52で吸着してベルトコンベア1上に載置する。次いで、その上の位置(L2)の高さにおける被梱包物2の楕円33に最も近い形状の貫通穴42が形成された緩衝材シート41を選定し、この緩衝材シート41を同様の手段で既にコンベア1上に載置されている緩衝材シート41上に載置する。この手順で位置(L4)の高さにおける被梱包物2の楕円33に最も近い形状の貫通穴42が形成された緩衝材シート41までを重ねる。【選択図】 図2
