Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a welding system capable of feeding a drive electric power and a control signal to a driver without adding an operation cable, in the case where an automatic welding is performed by said driver for moving welding torch in accordance with the control signal.SOLUTION: A welding system comprises: a holding part 575 for holding a welding torch 410; a driver 570 for driving the tip of the welding torch; a welding power source 440 for supplying an arc discharge generating welding electric power through a welding power line 441 making a pair with a ground line 443 connected with a welded member; a wire feed device 430 for feeding a welding wire 431 to the tip of the welding torch; a controlling device for controlling the drive device by feeding a drive power to the driver through a power line and for sending and receiving a control signal through a power line; and a conduit cable 420 connecting the wire feed device and the welding torch and accommodating the welding wire. The conduit cable is constructed to accommodate the power line and the welding power line with each other while keeping the insulation.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】制御信号に従って溶接トーチを動かす駆動体にて自動溶接する場合、操作ケーブルを追加せず、当該駆動体に駆動電力と制御信号を供給することが可能な溶接システムを得る。【解決手段】溶接トーチ410を把持する把持部575と、溶接トーチの先端部を駆動させるための駆動体570と、被溶接部材に接続された接地線443と対を成す溶接電力線441を介してアーク放電発生用の溶接電力を供給する溶接電源440と、溶接トーチの先端部に溶接ワイヤ431を送給するワイヤ送給装置430と、駆動体に動力線を介して駆動電力を供給するとともに、動力線を介して制御信号を送受信することにより、駆動装置を制御する制御装置と、ワイヤ送給装置と溶接トーチとを接続し、溶接ワイヤを収容するコンジット・ケーブル420とを備え、コンジット・ケーブルは、動力線と溶接電力線とを相互に絶縁を保ちながら収容するように構成されている。【選択図】図2 |
