Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing solenoid valve core capable of manufacturing a solenoid valve core which has a magnetic resistance part of a non-magnetic material in an intermediate part of core body part of a magnetic material in an axial direction in which the magnetic resistance part has a flat inner peripheral surface.SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing the solenoid valve core includes the steps of: preparing a rough member 20 of a magnetic material, which has an annular groove 25; filling the annular groove 25 with a filler 28 of a non-magnetic material; pressurizing to increase the atmospheric pressure of the filler 28; solidifying the filler 28; and cutting to expose the inner peripheral surface of the filler 28 solidified in the annular groove 25.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 10 【課題】磁性材料製のコア本体部の軸方向中間部に非磁性材料製の磁気抵抗部を有する電磁弁用コアを、磁気抵抗部が平滑な内周面を有するように製造可能とする。【解決手段】電磁弁用コアの製造方法は、環状溝25を有する磁性材料製の粗部材20を準備する準備工程と、非磁性材料からなる充填材28を環状溝25に充填する充填工程と、充填材28の周辺気圧を上昇させる加圧工程と、充填材28を固化させる固化工程と、環状溝25内で固化した充填材28を内周面に露出させる切削工程とを含む。【選択図】図10
