Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a program, etc. capable of outputting candidates of service commodities which have a higher priority to be reviewed.SOLUTION: The program causes a computer to execute a series of processing including the steps of: calculating the contract rate of a service commodity for each combination of a model of a piece of equipment and a service commodity based on a piece of identification information for identifying the sold equipment and existence of contract of a service commodity relevant to the equipment; calculating the unevenness in the contract rate among the models for each service commodity; and outputting at least one service commodity which is selected based on the unevenness of the contract rate.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7 【課題】見直しを行う優先順位が高いサービス商品の候補を出力するプログラム等を提供すること。【解決手段】プログラムは、販売した機器を特定する識別情報と、前記機器に関連するサービス商品の契約有無とに基づいて、前記機器が属する機種と前記サービス商品との組合せごとに前記サービス商品の契約率を算出し、前記サービス商品ごとに機種間の前記契約率のばらつきを算出し、前記契約率のばらつきに基づいて選択される、少なくとも一つのサービス商品を出力する処理をコンピュータに実行させる。【選択図】図７
