A plurality of mail recipient private moving images are stored in a private moving image distribution server 23. A database 45 is a database in which storage destination URLs of the mail recipient private moving images are stored. A mail creation part 47 creates a plurality of mails including the storage destination URLs of the mail recipient private moving images.
