WORK ALLOCATION SUPPORT DEVICE, TERMINAL AND PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a work allocation support device, a terminal and a program capable of allocating a work efficiently and fairly.SOLUTION: A work allocation support device comprises: registration means for registering a work which is an object a request; work request means for sending request information for requesting the work registered in the registration means to terminals each of which is possessed by each employee; response reception means for receiving a response to the request information from each terminal; allocation means for allocating an employee whose terminal responded earliest to a charge person of the work, out of responses received on the response reception means; and notification means for notifying the terminal of the charge person of allocation of the work, and notifying the terminals other than the above mentioned terminal of cancellation of request of the work.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】作業の割り当てを公平且つ効率的に行うことが可能な作業割当支援装置、端末装置及びプログラムを提供する。【解決手段】依頼の対象となる作業を登録する登録手段と、前記登録手段で登録された作業を依頼する依頼情報を、従業員の各々が所持する端末装置に送信する作業依頼手段と、前記依頼情報に対する応答を前記端末装置から受け付ける応答受付手段と、前記応答受付手段が受け付けた応答のうち、最も早く応答した前記端末装置を所持する従業員を前記作業の担当者に割り当てる割当手段と、前記担当者の端末装置に前記作業の割り当てを通知するとともに、当該端末装置以外の他の端末装置に前記作業の依頼の取り消しを通知する通知手段と、を備える。【選択図】図２
