Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioning device 1 for housing which has suppressed occurrence of dewing and icing at an airflow downstream side components with respect to an evaporator after starting a defrosting operation or after stopping a heating operation.SOLUTION: In an air conditioning device 1 for housing, an electronic control device 80 executes a heating operation in which a heat exchanger 20 heats an airflow generated by an electric fan 50 by a refrigerant discharged from a compressor 10, and a defrosting operation in which the temperature of a heat exchanger 40 is raised by the refrigerant discharged from the compressor 10 for melting frost formed on the heat exchanger 40. After starting the defrosting operation or after stopping the heating operation, the electronic control device 80 stops air blowing of electric fans 51, 52.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】除霜運転の開始後、或いは暖房運転の停止後に、蒸発器に対して空気流れ下流側部品に露や氷結が生じることを抑制するようにした住宅用空調装置1を提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】住宅用空調装置1において、電子制御装置80は、熱交換器20が圧縮機10から吐出される冷媒により電動ファン50により発生される空気流を加熱する暖房運転と、圧縮機10から吐出される冷媒により熱交換器40の温度を上昇させて熱交換器40に着いた霜を融かす除霜運転とを実施する。電子制御装置80は、除霜運転の開始後、或いは、暖房運転の停止後、電動ファン51、52の送風を停止させる。【選択図】図1
