Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric brake capable of improving durability of an electric motor or driving mechanism with a simple structure.SOLUTION: In at least one of a concave part 13a and convex part 15b constituting a convexoconcave engagement part 22 capable of regulating axial rotation of a piston 13 to a friction pad 15, out of a regulation surface for the axial rotation of the piston 13, only on a surface of a side of regulating the rotation of the piston 13 to the same direction as a rotational direction of a rotary member at the time when a propulsion member is linearly moved to an anti-disc rotor side, formed is an inclination surface 13a2 for separating the friction pad 15 and piston 13 to an axis direction with the rotation of the piston 13 to the above direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】 簡素な構成にて電動モータや駆動機構の耐久性を向上させることのできる電動ブレーキを提供すること。【解決手段】 摩擦パッド15に対するピストン13の軸回り回転を規制可能な凹凸係合部22を構成する凹部13a及び凸部15bの少なくとも一方に、ピストン13の軸回り回転の規制面のうち、推進部材を反ディスクロータ側に直動させる際の回転部材の回転方向と同じ方向へのピストン13の回転を規制する側の面にのみ、該方向へのピストン13の回転によって摩擦パッド15とピストン13とを軸方向に離間させる傾斜面13a2を形成する。【選択図】図2
