BRIDGE FALL PREVENTION MEMBER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bridge fall prevention member which allows easy and quick inspection after an earthquake, and is easy to identify and exchange a damaged part in an earthquake.SOLUTION: A bridge fall prevention member connects a bridge upper structure body, such as a bridge girder H, and a bridge lower structure body, such as a bridge abutment B and a bridge pier, so as to prevent the fall of the bridge upper structure body. The bridge fall prevention member includes a connection member, such as a chain or a rope, which connects the bridge lower structure body and the bridge upper structure body. In a part of the connection member, a weaken portion 2 having a lower strength against an impact load in an earthquake than the remainder of the connection member is formed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】地震後の点検が容易に短時間で行えるとともに、地震時の損傷部分の特定及び取り替えが容易な落橋防止部材を提供する。【解決手段】橋桁Ｈなどの橋梁上部構造体と橋台Ｂや橋脚などの橋梁下部構造体とを連結して橋梁上部構造体の落下を防止する落橋防止部材において、前記橋梁下部構造体と前記橋梁上部構造体とを連結するチェーンやロープなどの連結材を備え、この連結材の一部に、他の部分より地震時の衝撃荷重に対して強度が低い弱点部２を形成する。【選択図】図２
